Head Chef – Premium Brasserie, Luxembourg

Profile Talent Solutions are currently assisting with the recruitment of a Head Chef to manage a large brigade within a premium modern brasserie in Luxembourg. 
The restaurant is part of a catering business and take out service, however you would be solely responsible for the restaurant and will report directly to the GM.

  • Ensure the smooth running of the kitchen while maintaining the highest of standards in accordance with defined costs and budgets
  • Contribute to the creation of new dishes and new recipes in collaboration with your team and in line with the concept of the restaurant.
  • Respect the quality standards of catering when developing new dishes
  • Supervise and manage the team continuously, ensuring training is carried out to improve performance
